Returns and Exchanges
Please inspect your purchase immediately upon delivery; your satisfaction with our products is of the utmost importance to us. If there is an issue with your order, please contact us within 24 hours of receipt.
Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, contact us.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
In cases where a refund is approved by us, at our sole discretion, your refund will be reduced by a restocking charge equal to 10% of the purchase price. Returns must be received in original condition and packaging within 7 days. Orders will receive refunds in the form of a credit back to the original method of payment.
We do not accept any returns, exchanges or refunds on sale items, special orders or custom products.
As all products are made to order, no cancellations are permitted.
